Format Document (Shift + Alt/Option + F, or the editor context menu) formats without running and can be undone. Editors support syntax colors, completion (Ctrl + Space), search (Ctrl/Command + F), undo, bracket matching, folding, and automatic indentation. Tab indents; Shift + Tab outdents. Toggle Tab Moves Focus with Ctrl + M (Ctrl + Shift + M on Mac) to leave the editor with the keyboard. F1 opens Monaco's command palette, including Format Document.

The preview is isolated: storage, form navigation, popups, external resources, and network APIs are blocked. Infinite loops can still hang this tab. Only run code you trust; shared links never run automatically.

Copy link copies a URL with minified, compressed code. Loaded code is formatted for editing. Share links contain your code, not a database ID. Don't include secrets. Limits: 256 KB of source and a 64 KB URL fragment. No automatic saving.
